Ana is an independent consultant specializing in banking and corporate operations with over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, including 7 years in a leadership role at NLB Banka AD Skopje.

She is an experienced leader with deep expertise in (1) non-performing loan (NPL) management, written-off receivables, and foreclosed assets, (2) corporate restructuring, (3) CRM, (4) corporate banking, and (5) project management.

Her key specialties include designing debt collection processes for individuals and legal entities, collateral sales in enforcement/insolvency proceedings, and selling individual/portfolio receivables, as well as expertise in managing large projects. Her ability to lead and manage projects, identify early warning signals, and optimize internal processes contributes to strengthening organizational resilience in managing change and achieving successful outcomes.

Ana also has extensive experience in corporate finance analysis, business restructuring services, cash flow projections, and setting and monitoring key performance indicators to optimize company operations.

Her experience in project management is enhanced by the completion of her master’s thesis on Agile Project Management in the Banking Sector.
