Zoran has over 19 years of experience in the banking sector, with deep expertise in working with corporate and retail clients, as well as managing problematic and non-performing clients. He held senior leadership positions at NLB Banka AD Skopje for over 13 years, including Assistant to the Management Board, Director of the Restructuring and Non-Performing Loan Management Department, and Head of the Corporate Clients Department.

He has extensive experience and knowledge in corporate governance and structuring, financial and operational restructuring, and managing risky clients. His work includes strategic planning, direct project management, implementation of strategies, monitoring processes for working with corporate and retail clients, clients with operational issues, and developing financial and/or operational solutions and plans for managing these clients.

His broad knowledge and vast banking experience are complemented by his continuous pursuit of education and training, which includes various certifications in business and financial analysis, corporate governance, company management, managing risky clients, data-driven decision-making, and others.
