Ljupka Gjorgjievska is a highly qualified strategic consultant with 22 years of professional experience in the financial sector in Macedonia. Her expertise includes creating and implementing marketing and communication strategies, developing and managing product portfolios, introducing CRM solutions, driving digital transformation, and automating business processes.

She built most of her career at NLB Bank, where she held senior management positions, including Director of Marketing and Product Development and Assistant to the Management Board. She also served as Chief Operating Officer at Sava Insurance and as a member of the Management Board of KIBS AD Skopje.

She has extensive experience leading transformational and innovative projects such as contact center solutions, CRM platforms, mobile banking, and digital lending, significantly improving customer experience and increasing operational efficiency.
